Sublimation pyrolysis technology

Sublimation pyrolysis technology is the latest pyrolysis technology which is d on conventional medium temperature rapid pyrolysis technology. Its essence is an extremely rapid flash pyrolysis process. This technology has no liquid phase, and the sublimation process is the thermal decomposition (>750 dg) process of organic matter in the anaerobic state, the product is clean combustible gas and biochar, the entire process flow is completed in few seconds.

Sublimation pyrolysis technology features:

       1. An extremely rapid thermal pyrolysis technology;

       2. It is a breakthrough of pyrolysis technology, and it is the latest technology in the field of solid waste treatment;

       3. During the process, only biomass gas and biochar produced yet without tarseries of problems caused by the existence of tar substances in the conventional pyrolysis technology will not happen in this system;

       4. Since there is no tar produced, the combustible gas production is much higher;

       5. The production gas is very clean, and only requires a simple cooling and dust removal process then the gas can be used on the power generation equipment, complicated purification process is not required;

       6. High-grade energy-electricity can be obtained, thereby achieving efficient cogeneration;

       7. Biochar can be used as fuel and carbon  fertilizer;

       8. The process is completely closed and no odor will be produced;

       9. No toxic gas produced during the sublimation process;

      10. Maximize volume reduction without secondary pollution;

      11. The system only requires a small area, the scale starts from 5 tons of dry matter, which is convenient for investment and layout;
