Biogas energy utilization system

Our company has a complete distributed energy solution for urban and rural solid waste treatment. It can be used for all kinds of solid waste treatment including straw, dead animals, livestock manure, waste potatoes, kitchen waste etc.

Dry fermentation is suitable for the solid waste with dry matter content more than 20%.

Wet fermentation is suitable for the solid waste with dry matter content between 4% and 10%.

System Features:

       1. The height diameter ratio of the CSTR reactor is relatively large, which has benefit for anaerobic process and ensures the biogas production;

       2. The intensity top-in type mixing system is high, which is especially suitable for the fermentation of materials with high solid content;

       3. Use the produced biogas power generation waste heat to heat the reactor, it greatly improves the biogas production rate and investment utilization rate;

       4. The system has a small area requirement and the cost is low.
