The liquid dehumidification technology is introduced into this drying equipment, and the working principle is: send the material or sludge to the dryer, the dehumidified cold dry air is extracted out from the dehumidification tower by secondary blower (cool dry blower). After get through the (heat pump) reheater, the cool dry air becomes high-temperature hot dry air, and then the air enters into the dryer. In the dryer, the hot dry air heats the sludge and remove the humidity in sludge then becomes hot humid air. The hot humid air is extracted by primary blower through the (heat pump) reheater evaporator and cooled, the air then enters into dehumidification tower to remove the humidity, and then it is extracted by the secondary blower. It is a completely closed recirculation.


System Features:     

       1. The drying system is in closed recirculation mode;

       2. No odor is produced during the drying process, thus no complicated deodorizing device is required to be installed;

       3. The system is safe, drying temperature is low, has higher drying efficiency, environmental protection and energy saving;

       4. There is no loss of organic content during the drying process, and the dry material has high heat value, which is suitable for the following resource utilization.
