Desulfurization and Dust Removal System


Our company has been actively carrying out desulfurization and denitrification business. We introduced SCR technology and bag dust removal technology from B&W, and we are actively developing the SCR denitration market, conducted research on desulfurization wastewater treatment, and we compiled the industry standard for desulfurization wastewater treatment. We will strive to develop desulfurization and denitrification engineering design, clean energy, recycling energy and environmental protection new technologies, new product development and promotion, and capital operation.

Advantages of flue gas desulfurization technology: 1. High desulfurization efficiency and can handle SO2 concentration fluctuation; 2. Various wet desulfurization processes such as Ca method, Mg method and double alkali method are available to be selected; 3. Reliable operation, easy operation and maintenance.

Advantages of flue gas denitration technology: 1. Multi-technologies i.e. SCR, SNCR are available to be selected according to project characteristics; 2. Various processes such as liquid ammonia method, ammonia water method, urea pyrolysis, etc. are available to be used; 3. Use computer simulation system and the denitration flow field test-bed carry out simulation tests such as flow velocity, pressure, flow field distribution, pressure drop and ash distribution, to make sure the design is scientific and accurate.


In particular, due to China's boiler load changes large, high smoke and dust concentration, and temperature field cannot meet the requirement of SCR and SNCR technologies, our company has developed a new wet desulfurization and denitrification process - catalytic oxidation / reduction process.
